Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Summer's Haven Quilt Shop! 

If  you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, please review our policy on refunds, returns, and exchanges.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

We will do our best to make sure you are satisfied by way of exchange or refund.  

  • REFUNDS: We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive your e-mail requesting a refund. We will refund your payment via the same payment method you used for the order.  You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. Products purchased will need to be sent back to us in order to be refunded.  We will provide you with a shipping label via email. 

  • EXCHANGES: If you need to exchange a product for the same one, please contact us via phone or e-mail. Please note that we only replace items you received defective or damaged and can only do so if that item is still in stock.


Conditions for returns/exchanges in store:

In order for your purchase to be eligible for a return or exchange, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days

  • The product is in the original packaging

  • The product is not used or damaged

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

The following Goods cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom made items to your specifications or clearly personalized.


We reserve the right to refuse a return/exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions.
