Rental Rates:

Moxie/Amara - $35.00/hr Pro-Stitcher

Moxie/Amara - $25.00/hr Freehand *We aren’t able to teach this technique at this time, you will have limited assistance for this option.

Rental Time:

2 hour minimum

NON - Refundable reservation fee of $25.00 must be paid when scheduling time for a machine.

We can issue a store credit for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to scheduled rental time.

The rental time will start at the scheduled time, no exceptions.  Please come with your quilt ready to be loaded onto the longarm frame. If you have questions and need assistance with preparing your quilt let us know before your scheduled appointment.  We will do our best to give you a time estimate when booking your rental date.

We do not provide the following services: 

• Backing piecing

• Pressing

• Binding

• Quilt trimming

Renter must be at least 18 years of age. 

Summer’s Haven Quilt Shop reserves the right to refuse rental at any time.

Summer’s Haven Quilt Shop will provide the following:

1. We will load your quilt for you and have bobbins ready to go.

2. Design will be reviewed with you before quilting starts. This is the time to resize or crop.

3. Quilt advancement until your quilt has been completed.

4. Unloading of your quilt.

5. A staff member will be present the entire appointment in case the renter experiences difficulties.

6. The following tasks will be performed by a staff member: 

- Replacing needles

- Changing tensions

- Oiling machine

- Changing threads

You are required to sign our waiver before renting.  By doing so you agree to:

• Operate the machine at their own risk. 

• Use our Omni thread available in store.  This is what works best with our machines.

• Summer’s Haven Quilt Shop is NOT liable for any harm to themselves or their quilt as a result of using the machine.

• Pay for repair/replacement for any damage to the machine directly caused by the renter.

• No children, friends, or pets present during time of rental. Renter will arrive ready to quilt.

• Food and drinks are not allowed near the quilting machine.
